Our family-run Hotel & Spa Sonne**** is located directly on the western shore of Lake Klopein, with a beautiful lakeside terrace where our guests can also enjoy breakfast and dinner. For à la carte guests there is also the lakeside restaurant. We are looking for an ambitious chef de rang (m/f/d) with specialist knowledge for the coming summer season 2024. You enjoy your work. Requirements
You have completed adequate training in the upscale hotel / catering industry and already have several years of service experience. Your tasks will include - independent management of a station with hotel guests and à la carte - Guest care at breakfast, lunch and dinner service - Ordering of drinks and food including waiter billing - Assistance at the hotel bar - Provision of the necessary mis-en-place - Cleanliness and order in the entire work and restaurant area - Buffet set-up - Guidance of a serving assistant - Good knowledge of drinks and wine - Ability to work under pressure - Friendliness
