FROM November 25, 2024
You will work in a team of 18 employees in the hotel restaurant (1 restaurant manager, 1 sommelier, 7 Chef de Rang and 9 Commis de Rang) where the hotel guests are served breakfast and dinner. Together with a Commis de Rang, you will look after a station with approx. 30 hotel guests and be responsible for the running of your station. At breakfast, you will be responsible for serving hot drinks, recommending wines for the evening and preparing the station for dinner service. During dinner service you are responsible for the drinks service and help your assigned Commis with the food service.
Requirements
Completed training as a restaurant specialist, advanced knowledge of wine, well-groomed and confident appearance, flexible, loyal, hard-working, honest, good team spirit, enjoyment of the job and several years of experience!!!
