Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for our Jungbrunn Kulinarium to join our team with immediate effect or by arrangement.

That's what you'll do with us:

- Managing a station in the restaurant area

- Food and beverage service

- Ensuring a smooth service process

- Independent booking and accounting with the POS system

- Tidying up and cleaning tasks also fall within your area of responsibility

- Mise en place and follow-up work in service

- Guest services

What you bring with you:

- Completed training in the catering/hotel industry desirable

- Experience as Chef de Rang in the upscale hotel or gastronomy industry

- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English

- Organizational talent, communicative and team player

- High sense of responsibility for our guests

- Beverage & wine knowledge
