Description
For our family-run 4-star hotel in the center of Sölden with 39 rooms and an à la carte restaurant (only during the day, in the evening only hotel guests) we are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang for our hotel guests, as well as for à la carte lunch and dinner. In the half-board area you will look after approx. 25 guests. We serve a 4-course menu with a choice of dishes. As we have a lot of international guests, it would be important if you have a basic knowledge of English. We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team. Requirements
Your tasks will include. - Welcoming and seating guests - taking orders and providing expert advice on food and beverages - serving food and beverages in an appropriate manner - wine service - ensuring a smooth flow in the service area - maintaining and checking the mise en place You should have a good command of German and a basic knowledge of English. Vocational training in gastronomy would be a great advantage or otherwise professional experience in gastronomy is required.
