Head waiter Assistant Restaurant Management (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated assistant to the restaurant management or head waiter from December 2024:

Responsibilities:

• Support in the management of the long-standing service team (approx. 16 employees)
• Responsibility and coordination of smooth operations
• Organization and continuous training of the entire service team
• Administrative activities (rostering, table plan)
• Representative appearance and contact person and host for our guests
• Close cooperation with our kitchen and reception team
• Responsibility for cleanliness in the restaurants, on the sun terrace and in the bar area in compliance with hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Professional appearance and well-groomed appearance
• Flexible, independent and autonomous working style
• Good knowledge of wine
• Friendly interaction with our employees and guests
• 5.5-day week
