Requirements
Your tasks *Reception of our guests as well as professional guest service at the highest level Advice on dishes including active sales of aperitifs and wines - young sommelier training *Active service work breakfast and evening service or à la carte service at lunchtime and in the afternoon and evening service for hotel guests * Set-up and supervision of the various buffets and mise a place activities * Role model function for employees and trainees
Your qualifications* Completed, specialist training in the catering or hotel industry * Several years of professional experience in a comparable position * Good knowledge of German and English * Young sommelier or sommelier training is an advantage * Communication and organizational skills as well as a confident manner * Positive charisma and ability to work in a team * Enjoy dealing with people
