The Genusshotel Almrausch, a luxurious 4-star hotel in the picturesque surroundings of Bad Kleinkirchheim, is looking for a committed and experienced Chef-de-Rang to join our team.
Your profile:
- Professional experience: you have completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry and have already gained experience in a comparable position.
- Specialist knowledge: You have a sound knowledge of gastronomy, particularly in the area of wine and food.
- Hospitality: You have a keen sense for the wishes of our guests and are characterized by your warm and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a team: You enjoy working in a team and can motivate and guide your colleagues.
- Language skills: You are proficient in written and spoken German and English; other foreign languages are an advantage.

Requirements
Your tasks:
- Guest service: You will look after our guests during their stay in our restaurant and ensure a first-class culinary experience.
- Staff management: You will support the service team, coordinate work processes and ensure smooth operations.
- Quality assurance: You ensure compliance with our high service standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Advice and sales: You will provide our guests with expert advice on food and drinks, recommend suitable wines and ensure a personalized service.
