Requirements
- Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry/gastronomy in a comparable position
- Positive charisma, ability to work under pressure as well as reliability and ability to work in a team complete your character
- You have high quality standards, which you implement through a cost-conscious way of working
- Experience in the introduction, implementation and control of standards and processes
- Good culinary expertise
- Very good knowledge of hygiene guidelines and HACCP basics
- A well-groomed appearance is a matter of course for you
- Enjoyment of the job
- Long-term cooperation desired
