What can you expect?
- Working in the à la carte kitchen and in the banquet area as well as independently supervising buffets
- Correct handling of our high-quality raw materials and foodstuffs
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Interdisciplinary work and training of the Commis de Cuisine and our apprentices
- Support in ordering and stock management
