Requirements
Your tasks:
- Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in the hot kitchen
- Responsibility for your post and compliance with our quality standards
- Coordination with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth process
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
- Creative co-design of our menus and menus
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a chef and relevant professional experience
- Passion for upscale gastronomy and fresh, regional ingredients
- Team spirit, resilience and ability to work independently
- Quality awareness and an eye for appealing presentation
- Motivation to enrich our kitchen team with new ideas
