As Sous Chef:in at our established 4*Superior hotel in Pertisau am Achensee, you are the right hand of our head chef Manfred Freund and an indispensable part of the culinary heartbeat of our hotel. With your extensive expertise and inexhaustible creativity, you help to take our culinary offerings to a new level. You inspire our kitchen team with your passion for excellent cuisine and your flair for innovative and traditional dishes.

Requirements
Your tasks
- Helping to design and implement our culinary concepts, from planning to presentation.
- Ensuring and monitoring the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
- Actively collaborating with the head chef on menu design and food variety.
Your profile
- Sound training in the kitchen with at least 2 years' experience as a junior chef or in a comparable position, ideally in the upscale hotel industry.
- A burning passion for culinary excellence and a willingness to keep learning.
- An eye for detail, creativity and the ability to successfully implement culinary trends.
- Strong teamwork skills, flexibility and a willingness to take on responsibility.
