Requirements
Professional qualifications:
- Completed training as a chef or comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge in the preparation of food, ideally in various kitchen areas (e.g. entremetier, garde-manger, saucier)
- Experience in the organization and implementation of work processes in the kitchen
- Knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP) and their application
Personal skills:
- Passion for cooking and a high degree of creativity
- Ability to work under pressure and stress resistance, especially at peak times
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Organizational talent and ability to work independently
- Willingness to develop and learn new things
Additional requirements:
- Flexibility in working hours (weekend and public holiday duties)
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ideally language skills if international guests are being looked after (e.g. English)
