Do you enjoy working in a family environment surrounded by the impressive mountains of Tyrol?

Our family-run 4-star superior hotel is located directly on the ski slope at 2090 meters. We have around 25 employees, most of whom are regulars. Our 100 guest beds are 90% occupied and our discerning guests come mainly from German-speaking countries.

To strengthen our team we are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

Responsibility for a kitchen post
Preparation of dishes as part of the half board
Daily "mise en place"
Compliance with the specified standards and house rules

Requirements

Completed vocational training
Relevant work experience
Friendly and clean appearance
Support of colleagues and quality-oriented work

Language skills

English

B2 (good intermediate level)

German

B2 (good intermediate level)

Work permit: Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
Working time: Full time (6 days)

Work experience: 3 Jahre
