Your tasks
- Independent daily preparations
(mise en place, quality control of food & dishes)
- Independent preparation of dishes at the post
- Participation in the arrangement & presentation of the dishes
- Checking the inventory & ordering the required goods on time
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Professional experience in upscale gastronomy desirable
