Requirements

- Managing your own station and the associated staff management - Guest care - Preparation and implementation of a smooth service process and the associated compliance with our service standards - Wine recommendations to the guest - Guiding a Commis de Rang on the station - Mise-en-place activity Our requirements: - Completed vocational training in the restaurant or hotel sector - Professional experience in the service sector in upscale gastronomy - Good knowledge of German and English - Willingness to undergo further training - Ability to work in a team
