YOUR talents in action:

• You are responsible for the preparation and also for the execution of all work in the hotel bar and on the sun terrace to guarantee a smooth process
• You are responsible for the preparation and serving of food, cocktails and various drinks in your area
• You work closely with the restaurant team
• You take over the supervision of the seminar breaks in the afternoon and carry out cocktail & aperitif receptions
• You are also responsible for assigned apprentices & interns and their training in the bar area
• If possible, you will also support the service team during dinner
• The daily closing work in the bar including billing and stock control in the warehouse are also daily to-do's
• Your area of responsibility also includes compliance with our HACCP and quality guidelines
