Description
We are looking for a cordial hotel manager to manage our seminar & event hotel with immediate effect. If you are used to working in modern management structures and are looking for an independent, responsible role under the external management of the owner family, we look forward to receiving your application.

Requirements
Organization of all operational processes in the company, including event management, if necessary active support within the management team in the event of absences, rush hours, etc.
Budget preparation and compliance
Schedule control and coordination of the scheduling of all departments, vacation plans, etc., compliance with legal requirements;
Close cooperation in the organization of service, as well as with the reception and building services - maintenance, etc.
Contact person for the 1st parlor maid, management of the parlor maids - house rounds, room checks, orders, laundry, meetings in cooperation with the reception management
Quality & complaint management, housekeeping system, housekeeping rounds;
Sales and cost control, purchasing organization, price updating and occupancy management
Apprentice training and mentoring in collaboration with managers
Controlling tasks in collaboration with the department heads
Organization of the Fidelio program, contact persons, updates, entries, taxes, training courses
Leading the management team using modern management methods (meetings, one-to-one discussions, etc.)
Responsible for human resources, recruiting incl. job interviews
Organization of management meetings, taking minutes
Weekly reporting to the GF - Jourfix
Implementation of a proper meeting culture
Implementing the requirements of the environmental label - sustainability
Host role, representation tasks
Independent implementation of ongoing maintenance work
