The Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld is a modern design hotel for active vacationers and sporty families and is located directly at the valley station of the Millennium Express. 144 rooms, including 54 family rooms, offer plenty of space. All rooms have a spacious Sport Space, where all sports equipment can be conveniently stored.

We are looking for a bartender (m/f/d) for our hotel bar for the winter season 24/25 from December , who is up for a new challenge and wants to take on responsibility.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Active sales to guests
Planning, organization and control of processes and projects
Supporting the bar manager in the development and implementation of standards
Receiving and forwarding complaints
Assisting with the monthly stocktaking
Organizing the inventory and ordering goods together with the bar manager
Preparing and decorating cocktails, long drinks and other beverages
Serving drinks
active cooperation in service when required
Mice-en-place and cleaning work

Requirements

You enjoy dealing with guests and stand out with your open and positive attitude
You have preferably completed vocational training, ideally in the hotel or restaurant industry or have professional experience in a comparable position
You have a strong organizational talent and a structured way of working
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English, other languages (CZ/SK/HR) are an advantage
Resilience and flexibility in stressful situations fit into your daily work routine
Commitment, teamwork, enthusiasm, loyalty and discretion are among your strengths
You have a high guest and service orientation

Monthly salary: 2700 €
Salary type: gross
: Willingness to overpay available depending on qualification profile. The actual salary will be agreed in a personal interview based on experience and qualifications.
