Your mission as a gang member:
- Beverage master: in our RoCo bar, you prepare cocktails, spirits and other drinks with passion and serve them with a smile.
- Host mission at the bar: You take care of the entire bar and lounge area and ensure that our guests have an unforgettable time.
- Creative bandit and salesperson: You develop new concept ideas for the bar and actively cross-sell to offer guests that little bit extra.
- Multi-talented: You operate the cash register system and assist the bar manager or help out in service when needed - real teamwork!
- Focus on hygiene: Cleanliness and hygiene are important to you - your bar is always neat and inviting.
Requirements
What you bring to the Familienbande:
- Passion for the bar: You are enthusiastic about your job and love pampering guests.
- Experience and know-how: Completed vocational training is ideal, but your passion and creativity are more important.
- Organizational strength: You have an eye for detail and work responsibly and independently.
- Small talk pro: With your talent for easy conversation, you create a cozy atmosphere in which guests feel comfortable. Your positive energy and smile keep our guests coming back.
