We are looking for a motivated bartender (m/f/d) for our FIRSTpeak Zauchensee. You will fulfill all customer requests in the bar area with professional correctness at the highest level. Mixing cocktails and long drinks according to the recipe, knowledge of various recipes and creating seasonal/special drinks is a matter of course for you. Requirements
In addition to your training in the restaurant or hotel sector, you have relevant experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel industry. - Well-groomed appearance and very good manners - Very good knowledge of German and English - Skills in communication, empathy, structure and order as well as a sense of responsibility - Host qualities and enjoyment of service - Very good bar knowledge and sales talent - High sense of responsibility + commitment - Good communication skills + organizational talent - Confident appearance, flexibility and resilience in stressful situations - Motivated and committed personality with high social skills and ability to work in a team - Computer skills at user level - Positive attitude, commitment to the hotel's goals
