Requirements
As a Chef de Bar, a lot of experience in service, politeness, a well-groomed appearance, charisma and professionalism are an absolute must-have. In order to provide guests with correct information about wines, cocktails, digestifs etc. on a daily basis, quick comprehension and a willingness to learn are essential. This in turn requires a very good knowledge of German and English. All other foreign languages are an advantage. Training is desirable.
