Description
Starting date by arrangement or start of the 2024/2025 winter season.
We are looking for an open-minded personality for our catering business, consisting of a service restaurant with 280 seats, a self-service restaurant with approx. 80 seats and an umbrella bar at the valley station.
YOUR TASKS
- You represent our operations manager and manage our team of approx. 30 employees together with him/her
- Optimal all-round care and advice for our guests
- Ensuring professional service in the restaurant
- Creative involvement in the design of the food and drinks menu
- Compliance with and ensuring quality standards as well as hygiene and safety regulations
- Administrative and organizational tasks
- As a link between the departments, you ensure a good atmosphere and great teamwork
