🎯 Deputy restaurant manager (m/f/d) - full-time

Our 4-star superior Natur- & Spa Wellnesshotel Lärchenhof is nestled in the beautiful mountains of Tyrol - quiet on the edge of the forest and yet very close to the heart of Seefeld. - You support our restaurant manager in the operational management of the restaurant and take over the management of the restaurant and bar in his absence

- You ensure that service runs smoothly - from coordinating the team to active guest service

- You look after our international guests with warmth, charm and competence

- You take over the professional food and beverage service - including wine advice

- You are a role model for your team and actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere

- Completed training in the restaurant trade or several years of experience in upscale gastronomy

- Sound knowledge of food, beverages and wine

- Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and leadership skills

- Enjoy teamwork and a real host's heart

- A well-groomed appearance and a confident, friendly demeanor

- A motivated, informal team with a lot of heart and solidarity

- Fair pay - with willingness to overpay depending on experience

- 13th and 14th monthly salary

- Various working time models (5.5 or 6 days per week)
