Description
Our Birkenhof hotel complex on beautiful Lake Klopein is particularly popular with Austrian and German guests. Numerous regular guests spend their main summer vacation here with their children and grandparents. A family hotel with a very familiar character and atmosphere. The very dedicated team also forms a family and works together with respect for each other, a very important value for us. We offer extended half-board, buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and a 4-course menu of your choice in the evening. A large indoor restaurant area and a beautiful rose terrace with a view of the lake for outdoor dining make your vacation particularly enjoyable. Lots of green gardens all around and a private beach in front of the hotel - above the promenade - make up the popular complex. It is possible to work in a very straightforward manner, as the hotel is run in a very manageable and uncomplicated way.
Requirements
We need an employee who enjoys working independently, is willing to take on a management position and also train other employees. As a central management position in the main service area, a host role is also to be assumed. Professionalism at work, enjoyment of contact with guests, creative enthusiasm, team building and leadership, ability to work under pressure, especially in stressful situations, a calm and thoughtful approach, strategic work and planning of challenges ... are qualities which should be present or which must be self-evident.
