Your most important tasks:

✔ Supporting the management in the daily work process

✔ Recognize and deal with guests' concerns and requests

✔ Active participation in offer planning and marketing

✔ Support in complaint management

✔ Active collaboration in the service and reception areas

✔ Have you completed training as a hotel specialist or similar?

✔ Do you have at least 2 years of relevant work experience?

✔ Do you have perfect IT skills (booking and hotel management software)?

✔ Do you have good time management and organizational skills?

✔ Are you a talented coordinator and a team player?
