Description
For our 4* Hotel Antonius we are looking for a motivated single cook (m/f/d) over CHRISTMAS /SYLVESTER - from December 20, 2024 to January 06, 2025 - (approx. 14 days). Your area of responsibility: * Prepare breakfast and assist service during breakfast (prepare eggs, omelettes, etc., replenish plates, etc.) * Prepare mise en place for the upcoming day * Prepare afternoon snack (daily soup, daily baking of cakes, sandwiches, etc.prepare lunch / dinner for the chef and staff - for approx. 10 people * Prepare evening menu for hotel guests * Comply with hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines in the kitchen and warehouse * Place orders * Receive and check goods We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team.
