Entremetier (m/w/d)

We are looking for a committed and independent entremetier. Our ¾ nature gourmet board starts the day with an exceptional breakfast, in the afternoon there is a nice buffet and the day ends with a fine five-course dinner menu. The kitchen service for our hotel guests is known as one of the best in Tyrol. As a good entremetier, you will be significantly involved in the kitchen's success, which will also be financially rewarded. Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as an entremetier.
• You like to cook imaginative and vegetarian dishes.
• You work according to the HACCP guidelines.
• You have an excellent command of German.
• You take guests' allergies and intolerances seriously.
