We are looking for a dedicated and independent entremetier. Our ¾ nature gourmet board starts the day with an exceptional breakfast, in the afternoon there is a small buffet and the day ends with a fine five-course evening menu. The kitchen service for our hotel guests is known as one of the best in Tyrol. As a good entremetier, you will be significantly involved in the kitchen's success, which will also be financially rewarded. We offer a year-round position plus board and lodging in the new employee house, including great Juffing employee benefits.

• We are a family-run, year-round business, we pay 12 salaries plus 2 special payments (13th and 14th salary) above the collective agreement.
• Your net salary is 2,900.

Your profile 😊

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as an entremetier.
• You like to cook imaginatively and vegetarian.
• You work according to the HACCP guidelines.
• You enjoy supporting the kitchen brigade with all the tasks that arise.
• You have an excellent command of German.
• You take guests' allergies and intolerances seriously.
• You feel comfortable in a manageable team with structure and without chaos.
• You are looking forward to a modern, newly built kitchen.
• You like to work independently and reliably.
