The 4S Hotel Elisabeth in Kirchberg, in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps leisure region, combines superior comfort with regionality and sustainability. The Scherrhof and Kasplatzl family farms offer direct access to regional products with their agriculture and cheese dairy. Your tasks:

  • Active support and advice for our guests Further development of the spa offer
  • Control of quality standards
  • Implementing and ensuring the implementation of cleaning, hygiene and safety standards in the wellness area
  • Planning, management and control of administrative and operational processes in the wellness area
  • Effective and economical warehousing Monitoring of all departmental inventories
  • Responsibility for the purchase of SPA products
  • Coordinate in-house / external training for all spa employees
  • Responsible for internal product and commission accounting
  • Create handouts for new treatments
  • Optimal planning of resources to achieve the best possible departmental results
  • Optimization of treatment room capacity utilization

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a masseur or therapist. Ideally already experience as a SPA manager
  • Excellent knowledge of German
  • Good IT skills desirable
  • Very good manners and positive charisma
  • Impeccable knowledge of German and English, written or spoken
  • Organizational talent with a structured way of working and assertiveness
  • Flexibility

  • Experience in leading a team
