The SPES Zukunftsakademie with its seminar hotel is an innovative adult education facility in Schlierbach, Upper Austria. In addition to our core competence as a high-quality seminar hotel, we are known in the region for organizing top-level celebrations and parties.
Our corporate philosophy
We have 38 employees, around half of whom work in the hotel sector. Since 2003, we have been certified as a family-friendly employer with the family and career audit. Responsibility for the environment and sustainability are important to us (eco-label company since 1997, public welfare balance sheet, Bio Austria partner, etc.)
Gastronomically, we attach great importance to regionality and organic products.
