The Sieghard is a small family-run hotel with rooms and breakfast in the rear Zillertal valley near Mayrhofen.
We also operate a small new BAR Food CONCEPT in the hotel
The name will be 83 ( our house number ) + it will be a BAR - FOOD - MUSIC concept
Our corporate philosophy
Our hotel has 19 double rooms and our 83 - BAR - FOOD - MUSIC concept will have approx. 30 seats
Both will be open almost all year round or only have short operating vacations
The hotel is located in the simple good 4 star range
The CUISINE of 83 will most likely go in 2 directions - international tapas and possibly specialty pizza
A small menu is cooked that is high-quality, fresh and simple but outstanding
Our restaurant used to be a 2-toque restaurant, which was run very elaborately
But we want to change and therefore we will make our guests happy with a high-quality but simple concept with above-average, uncomplicated food
We offer an interesting challenge with a good working atmosphere and, of course, very good performance-related pay, free meals and accommodation
