We think work should be fun, because only then a really pleasant (vacation) atmosphere is created. This results in good cooperation, fairness and real team spirit - values like these are the basis of our Zimba family and they are directly defined by our employees*

The Zimba team consists of around 40 employees, for whom the well-being of the guests is the top priority in their work. For us Ladurners, the cohesion and mutual appreciation in the team is of similarly high importance

All employees are involved in important decisions and bear their own responsibility. New ideas and suggestions are always welcome, as this is the only way we can improve as a company and continue to develop together

To ensure the future of our skilled workers*, we train apprentices in all areas at Hotel Zimba. Every season, internal discussions and trainings take place, also external seminars are promoted - not for nothing we are an excellent apprentice company
