Our corporate philosophy

All this describes in a few words what we promise not only to our guests in our approx. 150-bed 4-star hotel with extensive gastronomy in a dreamlike location on the edge of the Olympiaregion Seefeld in the heart of Tyrol. This we can only implement, live and perform with your help
Currently we still pamper in 2 long seasons (summer and winter), in the medium term there will be only 1 long season, our guests from home and abroad, who choose us as a vacation destination for rest and relaxation, as a starting point for sports and activities, as a meeting place with family and friends or because you have business in the vicinity or participate in a seminar with us. They travel alone, as a couple or in a family circle - and among them there is a large part that has been doing this for years, sometimes even for generations, and we are particularly proud of this
Not only the many amenities in and around the house, but especially our restaurants and the offer within the wellness pension offers everything the heart desires
But the most important part for a successful and relaxing stay is our service, the smile and our charm, our attention and professionalism, the little bit more that we give together to our guests. You are the most important thing in our daily activities, which should give us all fun and joy, which the guest also feels
We encourage and challenge our team in a family-like environment, a flat organizational structure, with fun and joy to the goal and success. Because everyone also brings a large piece of individuality with them, which we gladly accept as an enrichment
To relax and to compensate for your work in the house, there are also many opportunities for our team for sports and activities directly on site or in the near vicinity
