Our family-run ****Hotel Walserberg is located in the middle of Warth am Arlberg. Traditionally grown since 1964 in 3rd generation with 90 beds. Requirements

Your area of responsibility: - Supporting the head chef in all matters - Leading the kitchen team in his absence - Cost responsibility with the head chef for the use of goods - Co-designing the menus - Close cooperation with the head chef and colleagues - Sense of responsibility, independent work and initiative - Organizational talent in terms of time schedules - Conscious handling in the processing of food - Complete mise-en-place for the early, evening and à la carte service - Preparation of food on the assigned post - Quality assurance (e.g. seasoning, checking shelf life) - Receiving goods and checking quality and quantity - Compliance with all hygiene and food law regulations - Compliance with internal standards of hygiene and food safety - Cleaning the workplace.
