Requirements
- Knowledge of national and international cuisine
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Creative assistance at the posts and ensuring smooth processes in all areas
- Passion for the profession and creativity
- Organization of orders
- Contributing to the creation of menus
- Management of the team of 10 - together with the head chef
- Language skills
