We, the Waldschänke team, are urgently looking for support in our kitchen, and in order to continue to maintain our level and to be able to further develop and maintain our passion for cooking, we need a team player,
who wants to take off with us! We are open to new creative ideas in order to continue to interpret Bavarian-Austrian cuisine in a modern way and/or to reinvent it. We want to conjure up that certain "something" on our guests' plates so that they are enchanted by our food.
And for that we need YOU!
Requirements
Tasks:- Active assistance in all positions- Acceptance of deliveries and responsibility for professional storage- Training and further education of employees (m/f/d)- Control and compliance with quality, hygiene & HACCP standards- Assistance in the preparation of the menu and menus- Representation of the chef- Independent work
