Description
We are currently looking for a sommelier (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.
We require a passion for wine, creativity and independent action for this position in our company.
You will create and manage the wine list for our various restaurants and constantly develop it further.
As the first point of contact for drinks, you will be the point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have the perfect stay.

Requirements
- Training as a sommelier/sommelière or comparable qualification
- Knowledge of viticulture, wine production and wine tasting
- Ability to create wine lists and conduct guest training sessions
- Experience in gastronomy with knowledge of menus and wine pairings
- Service and guest management skills and a sensitive manner when dealing with guests
- A team-oriented approach
