Requirements
Your tasks:
- General reception service
- Processing reservations and correspondence in de/en
- Active room sales and guest advice, incl. additional sales and up-selling
- Guest relations (providing information, various reservations)
- Operate telephone switchboard
- Check In / Check Out
- Cash accounting and daily closing
- Settle credit card terminal
Keeping guest files
We require the following experience and knowledge:
- completed training in the hotel industry
- Very good IT skills
- Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
- Pleasure in dealing with people
- well-groomed appearance
- Open-minded and communicative nature
- Motivated and flexible
- Language skills

C1 (advanced knowledge)

B2 (good intermediate level)
