For our family-run 4-star superior hotel, we are looking for an experienced receptionist (m/f/d) on a full-time basis from April. The Seehotel Dr. Jilly****S is located directly on Lake Wörthersee with its own private beach and beach restaurant. The reception desk is the first point of contact at Seehotel Dr. Jilly. Do you love contact with guests and are you a true organizational talent? In this challenging position, you will be in direct contact with our vacation guests, take care of online and offline reservations, as well as check-ins and check-outs for our guests. Requirements
Your tasks as a receptionist - Check-ins and check-outs of hotel guests - Planning & coordination between service and kitchen - Acceptance and execution of reservations - Preparation of offers and invoices - Planning and coordination of events Your profile - Adequate training - 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position - Confident handling of the most common hotel programs (preferably SITEC and Channelmanager HotelNetSolution) - Confident handling of Microsoft Office - Self-confident, team-oriented personality - Friendly appearance
