Welcome to the Römerhof! We are looking for immediate support for our reception and reservations team. Our family-run hotel in the 4th generation is located in Fusch at the foot of the Großglockner and in the heart of the Salzburger Land. Your tasks: - Processing incoming vacation inquiries and reservations by mail and telephone - Telephone and digital vacation advice - Checking arrivals and departures - Div. administrative tasks in reservations - Working with Gastrodat, Channel Manager, MS Office - Handling day-to-day operational business: telephone, lists, excursions - Looking after guests during their stay - Carrying out guest (follow-up) care (e.g. welcome or departure emails) Your benefits: - Secure job in a modern, family-run company with varied tasks - Targeted induction and training - No other living expenses due to free meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) - Single room incl. wi-fi, TV and private bathroom. - Free access to the fitness room, pool facilities and wellness area of the hotel - Participation in shaping the duty roster through roster requests - Annual or seasonal position - Regulated working hours with a 5 or 6-day week We try to make our guests happy.
