Welcome to the EurothermenResort Bad Schallerbach. Since December 2005, Hotel Paradiso****s has been setting new standards in the thermal spa hotel industry and offers its guests a feel-good atmosphere at the highest level! To strengthen our team we are looking for a RECEPTIONIST from the reopening of the hotel. Your area of responsibility: Reception and care of our demanding guests Check-In and Check-Out including cash register management Complaint handling Ensuring a smooth shift schedule in compliance with hotel standards Reservation activities Representation of the Night Audit if required
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in tourism and several years of experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry - Very good knowledge of German - Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and organized work - Independent and responsible way of working - Accuracy and quick comprehension - Guest and service-oriented thinking as well as impeccable manners and a well-groomed appearance - Very good knowledge of the hotel software Fidelio
