Do you want to be part of a young and highly motivated team in a cool pop-up hotel in Kaprun and enjoy giving our guests a wonderful and unforgettable vacation? Then you've come to the right place! To expand the team in our pop-up hotel carpe solem KAPOOM* in Kaprun, we are looking for a committed team member as a RECEPTION ASSISTANT (M/F/D) for a temporary position / 6-day week starting immediately.
The former Hotel Toni in Kaprun has been transformed into a unique pop-up hotel in 2023 as a new part of the carpe solem Circle Collection. Under the motto "NOW OR NEVER", the carpe solem KAPOOM* brings color to guests' vacations. Carpe Solem is a project development company in Salzburg that builds and operates high-quality hotel resorts in the Alps for design-oriented lifestyle travelers.
Requirements
YOUR TASKS*
- Check-in and check-out of our guests
- Organizational tasks at reception
- Processing reservation requests and bookings
- Correspondence with guests via telephone and email
- Personal and cordial care of all guests
- Ensuring the highest possible standard of service
- Weekend duties
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS*
- Friendly and professional service
