Description
During your apprenticeship as a chef at the Family & Sporthotel Kärntnerhof, a wide variety of tasks await you in a well-coordinated team. From the breakfast kitchen to the daily preparation of the 4-course evening menu to catering assignments - your creativity is in demand! In addition to preparing meals, your training will also include drawing up menus and menu sequences as well as ordering food. We look forward to your taster day to give you an insight into the profession of chef at our hotel in Bad Kleinkirchheim! You will graduate as a qualified chef in just 3 years. The training salary and vacation entitlement are based on the requirements of the Chamber of Commerce and the collective agreement. Accommodation and meals will be provided for you free of charge.
