As deputy restaurant manager, you are a present host and support our restaurant manager in all organizational and administrative tasks and are responsible for the smooth running of the department.
Your tasks
- Representation of the restaurant management
- Allocation of employees in day-to-day business
- Creating the table plan
- Creating the duty roster
- Placing the guests
- Looking after guests
- Daily management of employees
- Training new employees
- Supervision of trainees
- Assumption of regular services in the Berghof service
- Ordering children's meals
- Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
