Your tasks

• Points in direct contact with our guests as well as by e-mail with very good knowledge of German and English
• Create a tidy working environment in the front and back office area
• Protel, Daily Point and Hotelkit are your companions in the digital world and provide you with optimum support.

Your profile

• Completed training or equivalent professional experience in this position
• Very good language skills in German and English
• Good verbal expression, confident manners
• Ability to work in a team, collegiality, initiative
• Motivation for further training
• Exemplary and representative appearance
• Advantageous: Knowledge of Protel, Daily Point and Hotelkit
