Your tasks

• Communication and cooperation with the department heads
• Maintenance of the job portals including target group-oriented job advertisements in various media
• Coordination of job interviews with department heads
• Implementation of the onboarding process
• Management of employee data
• Supervision of our team houses
• Control of processes and procedures
• Contact person for employees

Your profile

• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
• Friendly and communicative personality with a sure instinct
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Knowledge in dealing with Office programs
• Excellent written and spoken German
