Mitarbeiter Housekeeping (m/w/d)

For our highly motivated team at the Villa Seilern Vital Resort in Bad Ischl, we are looking for employees who live genuine hospitality with us and inspire our guests again and again with their charisma, commitment and ideas in the following position:

TASKS

• Daily room cleaning and cleaning of the public areas
• Fulfillment of guest requests, acceptance of guest complaints
• Replenishment of consumables
• Forwarding repair orders to the building services department
• Compliance with all housekeeping standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the hotel industry an advantage
• Good German or English language skills are a MUST, other language skills are an advantage
• High guest and service orientation
• Sense of order and cleanliness
• Independent and precise work
• A pronounced degree of reliability, flexibility, ability to work in a team and resilience in stressful situations
