To strengthen our dedicated team, we are now looking for a passionate reception manager who puts hospitality and team spirit first:

Responsibilities:

• Management of the reception team
• Responsibility and coordination of smooth operations
• Scheduling and continuous training of the entire reception team
• Preparation and implementation of check-in (with house tours) and check-out
• Advising our guests on leisure activities in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region, etc.
• Close cooperation with all departments
• Supporting the reservations department with inquiries & bookings

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of German and English
• Flexible and independent working style
• Friendly interaction with our guests
• 5-day week as an annual position
• Experience in the hotel industry and at reception
• Experience with Casablanca hotel software desirable
• Good computer skills
