In order to keep our promise to our guests, we are looking for you: an experienced chef Your responsibilities - Quality assurance of the food & passion for good food - Further development and creation of the culinary offer at a high level (breakfast and half-board menu) - Leading our kitchen team & coordination of all work in the kitchen - Duty roster planning for the kitchen area - Independent purchasing & monitoring of the use of goods - Management of the warehouse - Planning & creation of meal plans - Close cooperation with all suppliers and business partners
Requirements
Your skills - Excellent knowledge of food & its preparation methods - Several years of professional experience in upscale kitchens - You value regional, fresh cuisine in combination with a gourmet affinity - Cost-conscious and creative work - Compliance with & control of HACCP standards - Creative, independent work - Flexibility, resilience & punctuality - Communicative and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and work in a team
