Chef (m/f/d)

For our AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Taxacher in Kirchberg in Tirol we are looking for a motivated and responsible head chef (m/f/d) to lead our kitchen team with passion and professional competence.

Full-time 6 days/48 hours

Your tasks:

• Management, motivation and further development of the kitchen team
• Focus on Austrian cuisine and international classics
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility - even in hectic situations you keep an overview
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Ensuring and complying with all hygiene and quality standards
• Responsible planning and implementation of purchasing
• Working purposefully to offer our guests a first-class culinary experience

Your profile:

• Experience as a chef or sous chef
• Passion and creativity for the kitchen
• High sense of responsibility and independent working style
• Ability to work in a team and strong leadership skills
• Strict adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Very good knowledge of German for smooth communication
• Quick comprehension and solution-oriented work
• Precise and structured work - cleanliness and order are a matter of course for you
