We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie (Entremetier, Gardemanger) for the coming winter season. You will support our kitchen crew in the preparation and presentation of all dishes. Requirements
With energy and a swinging wooden spoon in the middle of the kitchen action? Are you the hero of the buffet and always know the perfect side dish to round off the menu? Your tasks:
- Support our kitchen crew in the preparation and presentation of all dishes (Entremétier and Gardemanger)

- Completed training and professional experience in a comparable position
- High level of identification with your area of responsibility
- Creative and committed
